Workable the most seamless ATS for recruiters?
Not up for debate, but I haven't used all the ATS available out there in the market. Nevertheless, workable has to be the most unique, easy, and user-friendly UI of any ATS I've personally used. And I've been a user of the platform for 6 months straight. Let's dig right into what I actually mean.
1. User Interface

Now, I haven't been in negotiations to get the application on board, but the GM of Talent Acquisition at my previous employer did a fabulous job. I for once don't have the idea if they used it categorically, but they sure made the right choice.
What do I mean by this? The UI of the application is simple, it's easy, and it's clean. It's a simple green & white interface. As a first-time user, I easily adapted to posting jobs, and moving candidates up the interview stage. Right from the initial stage of Job Posting to linking job boards (ex. Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) to the software is seamless (won't get into the depths of it, we can connect if only), to then receiving, uploading candidates up the system moving them during the interview stage, is *chefs kiss*, might sound like I'm exaggerating at this point, believe me, I'm not.
2. User Experience
As a first-time user, I vividly remember how quickly I adapted to the system. I was fresh moving out from a space where I handled the entire process manually. Right from creating Offer Letters, Interview Stage movement, and feedback, the upkeep of the system was managed on Google Sheets. Consider working on a system like that for 17 months and then moving to an ATS, the change is eternal and heavy, and considering how workable is built, it made my job easier. Considering how simple the UI the UX is easily taken care of while using the application.
3. Features
Workable is feature rich, I won’t be getting into the details of which in case you’d like to know more, you can write to me here: kevinraju29@gmail.com.
The features on this application are simple, basic and to the point. It’s very user-friendly. On the upside, the application will not complicate anything. You can schedule interviews, add, navigate through stakeholders, obviosuly raise requisitions which is the first step and so on.
4. Customizable Workflows
One of the best features of Workable is its customizable workflows. As a recruiter, I appreciate the ability to set up unique workflows for different job roles or hiring teams. Workable allows me to create custom workflows that help streamline the recruiting process and ensure that all team members are on the same page.
5. Robust Reporting
Another excellent feature of Workable is its reporting capabilities. With the click of a button, I can generate detailed reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate sources, and applicant flow. These reports help me to identify areas of improvement in our recruiting process and make data-driven decisions.
6. Candidate Relationship Management
Workable's candidate relationship management (CRM) system is top-notch. The platform allows me to easily track and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. I can schedule interviews, send messages, and manage candidate feedback all from within the platform. This feature has helped me to build stronger relationships with candidates and improve our overall candidate experience.
7. Integration with Other Tools
Workable integrates with a wide range of other tools, including Slack, LinkedIn, and Google Calendar. This integration makes it easy to keep all team members up-to-date on the hiring process and ensures that we never miss a candidate's availability for an interview.
Overall, Workable has been a game-changer for our recruiting process. Its simple UI, robust features, and customizable workflows have helped us to streamline our hiring process and improve the candidate experience. If you're in the market for an ATS, I highly recommend giving Workable a try.
