Free Job Portals (2)
In continuation to my Blog earlier, where I've mentioned about all the Job Portals that are absolutely free to use, as I pen down this blog, incase if you haven't read it, click here. Further more adding a part 2 to the series, because why not?
1. iimjobs
iimjobs just like updazz has a similar interface, what I've learnt overtime is, iimjobs is more suitable for marketing & sales related profiles. For ex. your hiring for a Sales Manager, a job post of iimjobs for the mentioned requisition would bring you more traction compared to any other role. iimjobs is absolutely free to use. You can post unlimited job posts and promote the job posts simultaneously in order to get more traction/application.Link: https://recruit.iimjobs.com/login
2. Instahyre
Instahyre has been a hub for me for the past couple of months to source the required requisition that was offered to me. Here's the thing, I've been offered to work on Tech roles for the past 6 months and to source Software Developers/Developers in general has been so easy. Free access to Instahyre comes with massive limitations, the premium version has its own perks.Link: instahyre.com/employers/register/
3. Interntheory
Just like Internshala, Intern Theory works wonders for internship requisition to fulfil. The traction is good. I'd manage to close quite a few requisition using Intern Theory. Primarily used it for Influencer Marketing Interns, Business Development Intern, Social Media Interns.Link: interntheory.com/login/company
Apart from the portals mentioned before there are multiple Job Portals which are available pretty easily to use, traction on these portals are not always guaranteed. Behance is one such platform that you can make use of to source and receive applications for Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Designers. Facebook can act like a job portal as well, if I had to share a quick hack for facebook - this is what I tried during the initial days of my first HR project, I followed a group called Network - Mumbai, it's a professional group to help connect with professionals, I did try and post my requirements on this platform, hustling till the end. Glassdoor is another such platform, Placement India, Angellist.co; these are a few platforms that I've used myself but never extensively made use of the them since the traction wasn't always good.
