Workable the most seamless ATS for recruiters?
Not up for debate, but I haven't used all the ATS available out there in the market. Nevertheless, workable has to be the most unique, easy, and user-friendly UI of any ATS I've personally used. And I've been a user of the platform for 6 months straight. Let's dig right into what I actually mean. 1. I for once don't have the idea if they used it categorically, but they sure made the right choice. What do I mean by this? The UI of the application is simple, it's easy, and it's clean. It's a simple green & white interface. As a first-time user, I easily adapted to posting jobs, and moving candidates up the interview stage.
